Meals On Wheels4U is an online food ordering and delivery platform serving Pai and Chiang Mai, Thailand. By using our website, mobile app or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Use of Our Service

Customers can use Meals On Wheels4U to browse restaurant menus, place food orders online and request delivery from participating restaurants.

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order, including your name, phone number, delivery address and any order instructions.

Orders

Once an order is placed, it is sent to the restaurant for confirmation and preparation. Order acceptance depends on restaurant availability, opening hours, item availability and delivery coverage.

Meals On Wheels4U may contact you if there is a problem with your order, address, payment or delivery.

Prices and Availability

Menu items, prices, delivery fees, promotions and availability may change at any time. We try to keep information accurate, but restaurants may occasionally update prices, remove items or be unable to prepare certain dishes.

If an item is unavailable, we or the restaurant may contact you to offer a replacement, adjustment or cancellation.

Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary due to restaurant preparation time, traffic, weather, rider availability, distance, road conditions or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and being available to receive the order.

Payments

Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, online payment, wallet payment or other payment methods shown at checkout.

For online payments, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Orders may not be processed until payment is confirmed where online payment is required.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed case by case. Once a restaurant has accepted or started preparing an order, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds, where approved, may be returned to the original payment method, wallet balance or another method agreed by Meals On Wheels4U.

Food Quality and Restaurant Responsibility

Restaurants are responsible for preparing food, menu accuracy, ingredients, portion sizes, packaging and food quality.

Meals On Wheels4U helps coordinate orders and delivery, but we do not directly prepare the food. If there is a problem with an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue with the restaurant or driver.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree not to misuse the website, app or service. This includes placing false orders, providing incorrect information, abusing promotions, harassing restaurants or drivers, or attempting to interfere with the platform.

Promotions and Vouchers

Promotions, discounts and vouchers may have specific terms, including expiry dates, minimum order values, restaurant restrictions or usage limits.

Meals On Wheels4U may change, pause or cancel promotions at any time.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access to an account if we believe the account has been used fraudulently, abusively or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Third-Party Services

Our website or app may include links or services provided by third parties, such as payment providers, map services or notification services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or actions of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

Meals On Wheels4U will make reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service. However, we are not responsible for delays, unavailable items, incorrect restaurant information, technical issues or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
