Platform Role, Restaurants and Delivery Partners

Meals On Wheels4U acts as an online ordering, payment collection and delivery facilitation platform.

Restaurants and merchants may receive personal information that is necessary to prepare and manage your order, such as your name, order details, order notes and, where needed, contact or delivery information.

Delivery may be carried out by Meals On Wheels4U drivers, independent riders, third-party delivery partners, taxi partners, logistics partners, courier partners, or other approved delivery providers.

To complete delivery, we may share necessary information with those drivers or delivery partners, including your name, phone number, pickup location, delivery address, map pin, order number, delivery instructions, order value, payment status and order status.

Drivers and delivery partners may use this information only for order delivery, customer contact related to that delivery, support, delivery confirmation, dispute resolution, safety, fraud prevention, and legal or operational requirements.

Drivers and delivery partners must not use customer information for unrelated marketing, separate solicitation, resale, unrelated contact, adding customers to messaging groups, or any purpose outside the relevant order or delivery.

Data Incidents and Breaches
