Sign Up / Login Issues
Q: I was registered on your old site but cannot use my old login details to sign in
A: Due to security reasons we did not import user details. You will need to Sign Up/Register again as a new user
Q: I have tried to Sign Up/Register and it says ‘successful’ but I have not received a password
A: Please check your Spam/Junk folder as well. If you have not received it please click ‘Chat’ and we will help you to reset it
Q: I received my password but it is very long and difficult to enter
A: Please copy and paste it. Once you are logged in, you can update your password in Account Settings
Q: I have tried to Sign Up/Register but it is not working
A: Please click ‘Chat’ and we will help to set up your account
Q: I Have forgotten my password
A: Click ‘Forgot Password’ and a new password will be sent to you. Check Spam/Junk folder as well. If you have not received it click “Chat’ and we will reset it for you
Q: How can I pay?
A: By Cash on delivery or by Bank Transfer. PayPal or Credit Card (to pay by PayPal or Credit Card choose PayPal/Card option on the menu page. On the Checkout page click ‘Submit Order’ and you will be redirected to PayPal page to make payment. Please note we will only receive your order once the payment has been processed. If you do not make the payment and decide to pay cash or bank transfer instead then you will need to make a new order)
Times, Delivery and Fees
Q: What are your times?
A: We open from 10am till 8.30pm
Q: How far do you deliver?
A: Delivery is available up to 25 km’s from the moat (old city)
Q: What are your delivery fees?
A: Delivery fee is from 35 THB upwards, depending on your location
Q: I am a registered customer. How do I change my delivery fee to the new lower fee?
A: Login, go to Account Settings then click the Delivery Charge box and choose your new fee. Click Save
Q: It says the restaurant has a discount but when I go to confirm my order the discount does not show. How do I get the discount or what do I do?
A: We will send a SMS message with a new total (the system cannot calculate the discount). If you pay by PayPal or Bank Transfer, the driver will give you the difference back in cash when they deliver the food
Q: How do I know my order is confirmed?
A: You will receive an Email Confirmation with your order number and order details. If you do not receive it or something is wrong please click ‘Chat’ or call 0846086662. If there is an issue with your order (restaurant is closed or out on an item etc) we will call or send an email to inform you.
Q: How do I know when my delivery will arrive?
A: Once the driver has picked up the food you will receive an email with the link to track the driver
Q: I ordered but need to cancel
A: Click ‘Chat’ or call 0846086662 asap. We will call the restaurant. If they have started making the food, then we will not be able to cancel
Q: Can I order from more than 1 restaurant?
A: Unfortunately, not. You would need to make a separate order
Q: I want to order Mini Mart and food. How can I do that?
A: At the bottom of each restaurant menu, we have added a basic Mini Mart so you can add items from there. If it is not listed but is on our Mini Mart section, you can put a note in the comments section of your order for us to add it on or click ‘Chat’
Q: I want to order something which is not on your Mini Mart. Can I do that?
A: Click ‘Chat’ and we can see if it’s possible
Q: I want to order from a restaurant not on your list. Can I do that?
A: We only deliver from restaurants on our website
Q: I want to order food for later today or in a few days. How do I do that?
A: You can place the order and put a note in the comments section requesting when you would like the delivery for
Q: I have special dietary request. How do I let the restaurant know?
A: You can put a note in the comments section with any ‘special requests’ and we will advise the restaurant. We cannot be held liable if the request is not processed but we will make every effort to speak to the restaurant and try to get a new dish to you or credited to your account
Q: I received my order but it’s wrong. What do I do?
A: Click “Chat’ or call 0846086662. We will speak to the restaurant and try to get a new dish to you or credited to your account. We cannot be held liable for any mistakes the restaurant has made
We cannot be held responsible or liable for any requests the restaurant has not processed, but will endeavor to correct the issue right away
